Information we collect

Application forms may collect business name, work email, website, industry, and plan preference. Product use may process connection metadata, content drafts, campaign status, and billing state needed to operate the service.

How we use it

We use submitted information to review new sites, operate tenants, improve the product, communicate about access, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information.

Processors

Infrastructure providers (for example hosting, database, authentication, or payment processors when enabled) may process data under their terms while providing those services to OperLaunch.

Retention & rights

We retain application and tenant records as needed to operate and document the service. Contact support@operlaunch.com to request access or deletion where applicable under Florida and U.S. law.
