Terms of Service
Interim terms governing getting started and use of OperLaunch. These will be replaced after LLC formation and counsel review.
OperLaunch is operated by De'Tavius Ross as a sole proprietor in Florida. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Service
OperLaunch provides managed organic-growth tooling and related dashboards. New sites may be approved, delayed, or declined. Paid features may remain disabled until billing and support channels are activated.
No warranties
The service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, rankings, indexation, referring-domain counts, or business results. See the risk disclosure.
Acceptable use
You may not use OperLaunch to violate law, misrepresent identity, or abuse connected platforms. We may suspend access for abuse, unpaid amounts, or policy risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OperLaunch and De'Tavius Ross are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or search-engine penalties arising from your use of authority or content features.
